the difference between a normal dream and a nightmare is just your perspective, isn't it?
if something disturbs you it probably is related to something that is bothering you in waking life, i mean that's all i can thing of...?
i mean i have "nightmares" every single night, it's probably my most pervasive "symptom" however they mostly don't get to me because i'm just so used to it
