i volunteered for a rape crisis hotline and there were actually a few fucks (lame dudes) that would call and make up stories for reactions and we were most certainly sure of it, but in the off-chance it MIGHT NOT be a joke, we had to take it seriously while also sensitively and seriously pressing for info until it wasn't fun for them anymore.
