Disgusting!
I've had several concerns, that frankly I've been VERY reserved about bringing up among this group, now being heard that should really be considered for the greater good of us all, as a population, but clearly this is unjustified by even the most of us! We are CUSTOMERS that have rights as CONSUMERS, despite whatever terms and conditions these unknown people want to put into their little predefined copy and paste text that they try to hold our feet to the fire on months later. In short, I'm already in discussions with the Better Business Bureau which will be hearing about these details, along with any and all subsequent communication as appropriate.
