forget kristin's clusterfuck of a post. in psychology, an insommiac is really anyone who's sleep patterns interfer with their everyday activites. if this small amount of sleep doesn't really affect you then i guess its not a big deal. it is small though. considering you've just asked for help, seek it. medications work as do relaxing techniques and things of that nature.
