Yes which is why you need to put the shit somewhere to compost until all of the bad microbes die. I live in the woods so I just make a pile of shit in the woods and let it sit there. The only way to do humanure large scale in an urban setting would be to have a service that comes and picks it up. Which is what they used to do.
