Example: yesterday she had two hotdogs with mayonnaise and chips, ontop of that she was dipping all of that into nacho cheese. I said that she should hit the gym hard today she gets mad at me but at the same time her friend said she should cut back on mayonnaise didn't even get mad at her friend. Should I just let her run her 2 weeks of the gym before she gives up or is there some kind of way to actually help her. Also she had a brownie Sunday thing from sonic last night
