no, i just particularly wasn't fan of the one posted on page 76 of "You Know I'm Chat Thread" on the standard post-per-page setting

perhaps if i was using the "correct" setting I too would have been ridded of the butt much earlier, but alas, i keep the pages thick

hell yeah and fistfuls of blueberries and pomegranate seeds and homemade fish sticks made of mahi mahi and crushed macadamias as the crust and kale salads with toasted chickpeas

cheat snack is greek yogurt with honey and toasted oats or lemon gelato or half a poptart

at least six small meals including pre-workout treat of banana and boiled egg whites

i've been making oatmeal with powdered PB, sugar free choc sauce, banana extract and cinnamon. shit's pretty good. i'd rather use regular PB but i cannot afford all those calories... the same thing with actual banana, banana and PB would be like double the calories and oats are already calorie dense.
