New Foo Fighters song is pretty strange. I’m not really a fan, they’re just so bland but good on them for trying something different I guess? It sounds like late era Muse, which isn’t a compliment

1st and 3rd records are their best. it's them in a studio just laying down tracks, no bullshit concept stuff

The album with Learn to Fly is awful, and so is the one after that.

one after that ['one by one'] is pretty bad, at least mix wise. pretty much like the songs though

This album is terrible. The Foos have gone from being inoffensively bland radio rock to so insufferably boring that their popularity is almost offensive. There's no depth to any of this. I'll take Cyr over this type of risk-free shit any day.

SP even at their absolute worst is an infinitely more interesting band than Foo Fighters. I would say Teargarden is probably worse than this album, but it's still more interesting.
