He's been on the chubby side for a few years now, not helped by his insistence on buying/wearing clothes several sizes too small! Who knows if he has an "eating disorder" but I wouldn't be shocked. He was borderline emaciated around the time of future embrace - early SP reformation. A little chubby is probably healthier fwiw.

I do recall (think it was in his online serialized memoirs) that his step-mother stressed him out about eating, can't remember specifics. That kind of thing can have an effect into adult life though.

He's lost a few pounds as of late

Yeah, we know he's one of those hot and cold guys. When he's in he's all in and when that flavor of the month burns out he's the complete opposite. He was clearly into the vegan or vegetarian, get a nutritionist, calorie restriction, stay gaunt and live forever because food is gross and processed thing in 2007. When that got old he went full-on deep dish pizza. Now he seems to be steadying out.

He's got health issues I presume he takes a lot of meds for. Medication change?

I wonder if he was on SSRIs.
