cheat snack is greek yogurt with honey and toasted oats or lemon gelato or half a poptart

at least six small meals including pre-workout treat of banana and boiled egg whites

lots of pistol squats and deadlifts

but squats, oats, and pb is a good start

i hope u don't mean together. would you make a bean paste and spread it on the cracker, too? or take forkful bites of beans between crackers and tuna?

i've been making oatmeal with powdered PB, sugar free choc sauce, banana extract and cinnamon. shit's pretty good. i'd rather use regular PB but i cannot afford all those calories... the same thing with actual banana, banana and PB would be like double the calories and oats are already calorie dense.

i was gallumphing yet again on the same route, wearing the same baby blue mini shorts when low and behold who should appear but THE SAME FEMALE TRIUMVERATE

this time the girl waved at me from afar so i waved back and then the mom nodded at me so i kinda bowed (almost lost my balance and fell over moms have that effect on a poor tookling hobbitson) and smiled back behind my mask and finally the grandma grinned and waved at me too. and waved back to her as well.
