i've been making oatmeal with powdered PB, sugar free choc sauce, banana extract and cinnamon. shit's pretty good. i'd rather use regular PB but i cannot afford all those calories... the same thing with actual banana, banana and PB would be like double the calories and oats are already calorie dense.
