the old film footage is high quality, considering it's 50 years old. makes me really want to see the final film. I'm curious to hear how they treated the audio and video for the film. I'm assuming they did some type of digital transfer, but I wonder whether they digitally graded or manipulated any of the film. Also, if they're using studio audio recordings, it would be interesting to know what went into mixing or treating what ends up in the film.

The audio was mixed by Giles Martin, so the recent Pepper/White/Abbey Road should be a good indication of what it sounds like.

No digital transfers here. Instead, the filmmakers traveled back in time to 1969 and reshot every scene using the latest digital equipment. Before going back, they traveled forward to obtain invisibility cloaks so that no one in 1969 would notice their presence and potentially alter the time stream.

Why would they travel to the future when they could of just gone to Howgarths?
