This is actually pretty good!

i was thinking of something nasty to say and then he started singing. easily the best SP cover i've seen on youtube, not that that's saying much. and UGH, he just said "SING IT!" before the last chorus. fuck this guy. it's too late to delete this post.

A Billy Corgan impression doesn't make it the best cover on youtube at all. Especially when you have this:

Nice find. I think this one is even better, and outdoes any version of tonight the band has done for almost 2 decades:

are you kidding me guys - those songs are exact ripoffs of the same songs corgan himself wrote years ago!!!

talking about the performance bub. corgan is a better writer (or, I should say, was) than performer of his own songs

he's like bob dyaln but not shit

sp covers that try to sound like the original always make me cringe the hardest.
and knowing the songs so intimately makes me shutter at the changes.
so my advice is : just don't.

as a cover, this actually isn't bad
but don't enjoy that style of music in general



this one is tolerable

performance wise - it has taken an intimate and memorable song and transformed it into a fratty brodown douche anthem
