'Heart-Shaped Box' is clearly about how Kurt wanted out of their relationship. The 'umbilical-noose' line is obviously referencing how he felt trapped by her once she got pregnant and he had to 'crawl back'. That song doesn't paint her in a very good light at all so I don't know why she'd brag about it to Lana Del Ray, lol.
