Pisces 12" + 7" Promo: A Canadian Release?

I was looking over my Pisces Iscariot LP w/ the bonus 7". I looked on the back of the outer sleeve and noticed a little "PRINTED IN CANADA" logo, right after Caroline Records, Inc. Then I saw the logo again on the reverse side of the inner paper sleeve in the bottom right-hand corner. I've never noticed these before...

What exactly does this mean? I've always thought it was a US release, but is it actually a Canadian release? I mean, with CDs, I always go by what the disc or jewel case says regarding country of release.

Any thoughts? What does your copy say?

I just have that little logo once, also on the outer sleeve

I have noticed this before.

I think maybe the sleeves were printed in Canada?

That seems to make sense, as the is no indication of CA pressing the vinyl. Just struck me as odd. What about the normal US pressing? Was it printed in CA as well? (I don't have mine right in front of me).
