'Lookout Loretta' is an allusion to the classic Beatles hit 'Get Back,' which features the lyric "Get back Loretta."

based on the repeated uses of the phrase "look out" and the name "Loretta" in the former and the phrase "your whore" in the latter, a fan or bootlegger applied titles ad hoc accordingly, i believe.
