are we certain quiet was from that session?

and isn't this the exact same quiet people used to refer to as "quiet (demo)" from "quiet and other songs"?

yeah, this was labelled as being QAOS. I'm rather confused about that, as well as the order of the other three tracks.

i'm still uncertain over the location let alone the order, its often refered to as hilversum, but i'm sure its bbc radio 1 in london

remember the band had only just played a set for VPRO radio in hilversum in june, why would they logically return for another session with a foreign radio station a few months later??

look at their itinary for september 1993, they were bang in the middle of a UK tour, why would a band travel abroad for one session in the middle of it then travel straight back??

plus check this quote of billy's (talking about bwbw)
"I didn't finish the song for a year and a half, writing the "rat in the cage" part on an acoustic guitar at the BBC studios in London on the same day that "Landslide" was recorded."

so i'm convinced this is BBC Radio Studios, London

"was recorded at the bbc. not my favourite place to record. they are still in 1971 but ted the producer man was very nice..."

so you're right. it was obviously recorded at the bbc and not at vpro studios.

on the disarm single there's also dancing in the moonlight and it says "recorded by vpro radio for villa 65, 30th june 1993". maybe that's where the confusion comes from? maybe someone linked this info to landslide?
