Why is there no thread about this show? I can fly here and stay for 2 nights cheaper than to Chicago.

Might do it.

When I looked at the tour schedule, I was so sad that I wouldn't get to go to any shows on the anniversary tour, but my family and some extended family decided to get together in Las Vegas the week of Thanksgiving when SP will be there. I'm so happy. Anybody else going to this show? Probably not too many people, its a very small venue. Most of the other shows have several posts, this one had none.

Garr! I should have checked this thread first. I just got a tick for mezzanine level seating (sec. 230) b/c GA is sold out. Oh well. The venue is really small and intimate and I hear there isn't a bad seat in the house. Maybe it's good- I may be getting too old to push and shove in the pit.

Last year they did not allow Monte to bring his camcorder in because it looked too professional, despite being a handheld. Someone else was taping the show and was told it was not allowed, until they clarified with other security/staff, and then he was able to start again (if I remember correctly).

Others had their usual digital cameras... you should be able to get those in.

Enjoy and post a review later!

20 songs minus Red Riding Hood, I usually consider it a part of Sound of Silence. Did he mention being sick at all? Doesn't it seem a bit short? I don't know, I may be wrong.

Yeah he took a timeout to blow his nose and then a crack at a guy who yelled for his kleenex. I was hoping for Galapagos or We Only Come Out at Night *sigh* we got mostly black sunshine.

Oh-- that was the most shred-riffic version of United States I've ever seen, btw. I like it better when he screeches "revolution" instead of sings it.

Just got home. Great show, everyone seemed to be having a really good time. Band and audience. I recorded the show. I'll see if I can put it up in the next couple of hours before I leave for San Diego.

I guess it's worth noting that the show was pro filmed with multi cameras.
