I'm also interested in the Boston pre-sale...a similar post indicates it's open only to American Express credit card holders.

i just posted this in the pre sale info thread, but, according to ticketmaster, the pre-sale password is the customer service phone number on the back of a gold card.

if someone can up that phone number, we would all be happy.

I don't see the Boston dates up on Ticketmaster yet (?).

i also am hearing that sometimes at checkout it limits you to only paying with the american express card, so i don't know if we will be getting away with this or not actually.

hey everyone-

The Pumpkins concert tickets are not for sale on ticketmaster, but through www.livenation.com. I just did a "practice run" and bought Soulive NYE tickets on the livenation website. It is a pain in the ass. More so than ticketmaster if you can believe it.

Yes only valid AE cards will be allowed to do the presale. I have one and I'll post how it went tomorrow morning. I'm guessing the limit is 4 tickets so I'll have 1 extra ticket to both shows.

Presale for the boston show is here at telecharge:
http://search.telecharge.com/documen...4&doc=1&sort=8

The Wang uses telecharge for all of its events.

This is a total brag post, but since I have access to an Amex Platinum card I was able to get even better seats than those reserved for "regular" Amex members.

Got 3 tickets per show for both nights:

Center Orchestra Row B !!!! @$55 each only

I just called and for regular AE members (not gold or plat) then you get pushed to the back center orchestra section

Im waiting for the public onsale to hopefully get better tix. Unless you want to buy me a pair for each show, rsd!

Yeah I checked after I got it that "regular" amex could only get those tickets.

Do you have a regular amex? If so PM me asap and I can help you out

why did you buy two seperatly?!?! they're going to be doing a bundle deal where you get both at a discount price! (nyc's was only 4 bucks more than one nights price to get both nights!)

edit: wait maybe you didn't, i'm all loopy this morning.

I don't think we can buy a bundle deal since Wang goes through Telecharge and not Ticketmaster. I did not see any option to buy them as a bundle. Fortunatley I got the same seats for both nights anyway, and for $65 ea for 2nd row I'm not complaining

For those of you with a "regular" Amex here is how to get Platinum quality seating:

Go to the broadwayoffers.com site and for the password use:
8005253355

That's the # on the back of a plat card. As long as you use that and have an Amex to check out with you are golden. Still some row P tickets I saw (and maybe better).

Good luck!

I then thought the great people at netphoria would know whats up. I went and got just what i wanted. Thank you to all of you. I am very happy about this show if you cant tell

To be honest I don't see what is the big deal of getting a bundle if it causes you to have worse seats. I'd rather get nicer seats even if it costs me $30 more. Not a big deal imho.

Shrug, if it means getting a lot crappier seats I'd rather pay then the extra $55 or so. There is no indication that the bundle is available for the pre-sale, and it remains to be seen if it will be offered for the regular sale let alone the quality of seats that would be available via the bundle.
