The arena has full and "half house" seating configurations.

Other bands playing here in the next couple months in.clude The Who, Elton John, Blue Oyster Cult, Dave Mason.

Three years ago I definitely would've been there since I was stationed at the Groton submarine base just minutes away. Actually, I'm kinda tossin' around the idea of goin' up there for that weekend for the show and seeing friends who are still up there.

weird how the only tickets on ebay and scalper sites are all upper level - the 1st 6 sections on the floor and the 1st 2 side sections are all not available anywhere. Looks like mohegan will be giving a shitload of good seats away that night in the casino.

Ive gone to 3 shows at mohegan with seats in the 1st 10 rows for free by just asking an employee for extra tickets. They usually give them all to high rollers, but at least 1000 tickets are given out to security and workers around the casino to give away for free throughout the week.

Yeah, this is kind-of the entire reason casinos have gotten into the concert business.

I know. That's exactly what I was alluding to. The "for profit" part of concerts at casinos is the "incidental" gambling, not the ticket cost.
