zwan thread -- what was the longest performance of 'mary star' (minus 'jesus i')?

and can someone post a link to download the best recording of it please?
i just love that song live, the extended second half is such a great jam, i wish the album version included it. the one time i saw it played in person i feel like it was at least 20 minutes (again not including the jesus part)!

That's the 24-bit version. You can go here for the 16-bit version which allows you to stream the mp3s through the flash player!

Imo, Zwan was peaking in early 2003. All five nights at Metro were incredibly tight, especially the epic heavyweights like Jesus, MSOTS, Spilled Milk, and A New Poetry. Other songs, like Riverview and I'm Eighteen were in their infancy and brought added a raw but pleasant element to otherwise highly polished mix of songs.

It was all pretty much downhill for the rest of 2003

I thought MSOTS hit its peak at the Euro festivals at the very end (even though most of the songs were kind of stale by then). Even if the band hated each other at that point, they knew how to jam.

the off the Spun soundtrack is pretty stellar, i just heard that a moment ago for the first time.

I've never explored much of archive.org's Zwan entries, only the Pumpkins'.
"Mary Star of the Sea" is, by far, my favourite Zwan track. I love it.
Pretty awesome to hear quality live jams of it. The June 13, 2003, version is pretty good.

It's about 17 minutes long - so how can it be the longest version, when there's allegedly one longer than 20 minutes?
