i'm in canada and it's working for me, but if you're still having trouble try downloading "hotspot shield", it assigns you a new IP address so you can watch videos you're not supposed to be able to outside of the U.S.

I'm pretty stoked about that one too. I'm hoping the DVD will have the version from the 30th, as that is my favorite moment of any Pumpkins show I've been to.
