Me, billy and gooch left to eat and as we pulled up robert smith got out of another car and walked towards us!!! They didn't tell me.
I was stunned for 10 minutes. I've always been afraid to meet my musical heroes. Most times when you meet them its a letdown. The opposite is true for robert smith. I like him even more in person. We exchanged stories of our internet fansite messageboard woes. Haha. I think all artists should make a pact to not read them. It just drives you crazy and makes you self conscious. Most of all it just doesn't matter. I stick by my motto...or at least I try to stick by my motto "its none of my business what you think of me".

Ah, so she was complaining about how Netphorians have got smart shark tooth into her legs? Infront of 2 of super musicians & a super tour manager in the world?? hahaha.

I didn't leave my hotel room for 24 hours after we arrived. I shut down.
I stared at my pipilotti rist book til I fell asleep and it caused me to have wild dreams. People with mirrored faces, sending faxes through their elbows, a naked girl throwing dishes, little birds having a square dance. Ect., ect.
We did an extra long sound check. I was feeling bummed out. I'm not sure why. I just felt like I couldn't fully wake up..that didn't last...

Anyway, it was funny because we are all the humans..we react similarly to similar situations. (Unless you are crazy or completely shut off...I once knew a crazy girl that everytime she got sad she ate a banana and when she was happy she had to keep touching her elbow...)

Ok..um...where was I..let's see..sound check, food, robert smith..oh ya..
He looks amazing in person..he had only black liquid liner on his bottom lids and a peachy red shade of lipstick..and his hair was indescribable.

We drove back and I almost got in a fight with the security guard by the dressing room because I didn't have my pass..I thought I was gonna have to throw down. Jk. I was scared shitless...he was a scary looking dude. I eventually just made a run for it and showed him my ID before he tackled me....!!!!!

When we were all getting ready for the show billy was walking around with his guitar warming up..then he gave it to robert and he started playing cure songs! I thought I was going to faint. Sometimes I still feel that way if billy starts playing disarm or something even though he's my friend.

I got a pep talk about how london shows are usually difficult and to not get bummed out if the audience was harsh.

The show was really fun. The crowd was really positive. Someone threw some flowers up and billy said "thanks but I hate flowers" and tossed them at his feet but during A100 I picked them up and put them on my keyboard. The whole show I could smell them.

I tried to do a "hair tribute" to robert but when I compare the mess quantity to his it wasn't even close.
There was no "celebrity jam".

We both pointed to robert though in to love somebody.. "Love somebody, love somebody, the way I love You......robert smith" hahaha.

After the show we were getting ready to go and a girl and a guy walked back into our room but everyone was half in their "knickers"...they were embarassed. we went back to the hotel and ate in the lobby. I drank a mohito...mmmm. Robert showed up later and entertained us until he suddenly disappeared. haha. Ghost. Sorry I can't write more...it just seems too personal. Ok..I have twenty minutes to get ready before we leave for soundcheck and I'm still in bed so I gotta run..
