Corgans personal lyrics for sale.

Hi,
About six months ago (late September/early October) Billy Corgan was doing a small cheer on for the Chicago Cubs at a Potbellys on Monroe st for 93XRT radio in Chicago. The set was small, consisting of only a couple songs. The main one being a pro Cubs song that he performed with the choir from a local grade school. For this song, he passed out a few lyric sheets he printed off at home, so that the small audience could sing it too. He also had one sheet taped to his amp that he read off of while he played (I guess he couldn't remember the lyrics). Anyway, after the show he untaped his copy from his amp and gave them to me. I also got him to sign his picture in the copy of "Red Eye", promoting his Potbellys appearance.
So that's what I have possibly (see below) for sale here. His personal lyrics (with the tape still attatched!

) and an autographed copy of "Red Eye" promoting his appearance.

The reason I state "possilby" is because I really don't want to sell this. I've been a Pumpkins fan for life, and although it's not much, this item is monumental for me. I also associate this event with my first moving out of the house, back to Chicago. Something I've wanted to do since I moved away. It holds a lot of sentimental value, but times are extremely tough. I'm very desperate for cash. So please post some offers, and if I think one is high enough to justify me letting this go, I'll reluctantly do so.
