Think of the one thing you don't want your parents knowing you have. Then think of your mother showing up at your apartment to look at your new furniture, in your room where you suddenly realize you may have left said item sitting out in the middle of the floor. Then think of her opening your new furniture and potentially seeing said item if it hadn't been left on the floor. Then imagine having to go run errands with her, not knowing if/what she saw.

Oh god. When I got home I ran to see, and the item was partially hidden in a drawer. I've been feeling sick for the last hour though

I wouldn't really be concerned about either one... the weed would be less of a concern, because my parents smoked tons back in the day and they know that I know that.

I have a good story about this sort of thing.

My best friend had just moved into an apartment, and in the process, her dresser got banged up a little, and one of the drawers was slightly wonky. Anyways, her mom had come over to take her out for lunch, and was in her room while she did her hair or something.

Well, her mom decided she would try to fix the drawer. The drawer contained her vibrator that her boyfriend had bought for her. Her mom opened the drawer, looked in, and saw it. She then proceeded to pick it up and say "hey, whats this?" My friend screamed, then her mom figured out what it was... and it somehow got turned on. She then threw it and it landed in the middle of the room, vibrating away with the both of them staring at it.

All her mom said was "lets never talk about this again."
