Quests give great XP, but I think the fastest way per hour to gain XP is to kill mobs that are 2-3 levels beneath you. The XP is pretty close to equal level mobs, but there's almost no downtime. Personally I find that boring, so I do all the quests (level much more slowely) and have more fun.

yeah quests are more interesting but they're aren't enough to level at higher levels. so you have to do a balance of questing and grinding which is what I'm doing now.

It's the only class I've played so far, but I like it.... I've died quite a few times, so it's not like they're too powerful or anything. But then again, I suck at games, generally.

On nonPVP servers (called PvE) you can challenge people to duels which lets bring them about a split second away from death. That's really all I need.

hunters are fucking fantastic - you've always got a partner to xp with that doesn't cost you anything (correct me if i'm wrong, i only beta'd one briefly).

i just hope they're worthwhile in raids later on, and don't go the way of the necromancer in EQ.

I've been playing it on PJ's computer, but we haven't been able to put it on my computer. I'm beginning to think that God doens't want us playing at the same time.

1) We had to drive an hour away to get another copy
2) When we got back, we realized the wall socket was only 2 prong, so we had to install a 3 prong the next day
3) When I got my computer running, I realized that I didn't have the specs to run the game, so we ordered new stuff.
4) My monitor died this morning, we had to buy a new one this afternoon.
5) When I started to install it this afternoon, it got to the VERY END of disk 4 and said "Please insert disk 4." Apparently, the CD rom cable came loose while I was installing, even though I didn't touch it. So I had to reboot, and start the 2 hour installation completely over.

If 1 more thing happens, I'm tempted to just say fuck it.

plus in halo 2 its all twitch and dodging and shooting and aiming heat of the battle make or break yourself.

in WC its planning and microing and strategy heat of the battle make or break yourself.

those everquest games just seem like you walk around and when you see an enemy click 50 times. theres no skill or anything involved. then again, ive only seen ragnarok being played

I have a level 15 Nightelf Hunter, a level 6 Gnome Warlock, and a Level 6 Troll Shaman.

Poopsock central is in full force at my house. These people live on coca-cola, pizza pops, and pot. They rarely sleep more than 4 hours a day.
I think they are closing in on level 50 and they all have mounts now.

They were fixing it so the characters weren't wearing their underwear at the load up screen anymore.

Also, I think there were a few things that were broken. I know the boat from Teldrassil to Darkshore was busted on Silverhand a few days ago.
