Thought before to be a place reserved for the military or those crazies in Fiji who can hold their breath pearl diving for insane amounts of time, your introduction to the public opened up a whole new world that most people had little or no knowledge of. Unfortunetly, you must be handled by an expert and can be quite dangerous, but for the time spent exploring the undersea caverns and life, you're the bee's knees!

there is also a dark side to scuba diving. every time anyone uses scuba tables, which is what you have to use to know how much air at what depth is safe, you are using data the nazis found the hard way after killing many people underwater testing the limits.

trues story

they used jews, what else?

my theology teacher told us this. it was about using evil things for good, like if a fetus is already aborted, can you eat it for nutrition

For decades, the thought of military theorists drifted towards something of your kind, but the Germans used it first and with great effect. In about one month each, both Poland and France had been conquered, ravaged by your lightning fast attacks and brutal effectiveness. However, as the war progressed, your enemies found efficent ways of countering and eventually defeating you, and you stand now as a footnote in the evolution of modern warfare.

Good character, good storytelling, your children's books are a reminder of the old days, when morals and content did not take second place to flashy gizmos. Your catalogue is large and well rounded, and surely your books will last well until the next century.

Throughout the first decade of our century, you were tried over and over again in vain. Many men lost their lives exploring this end of the earth, but overall, you were nothing more than an adventurous spirit, another barrier man must break through to truly feel master of the planet. Important and exciting.

By far the biggest public works project China's undertaken recently, your construction in viewed to be the wonderful equal of the Great Wall. If completed, you will be the largest dam in the world, and will provide clean, hydroelectric power to millions.
However, your price is rapidly multiplying, and your unfinished status is dubious. Your construction forced the displacement of millions of Chinese in the upper Yangtse, and Western engineers question whether you will be worth all the trouble.
But! To the people of China, you are an amazing symbol of their moderninity, and are a great source of pride.

Your, wispy, mysterious mountaintop vista was unknown for centuries except for cunning natives, who regarded it as a holy site. Upon rediscovery, you became a symbol of Inca ingenuity and are now a hard to get to, but rewarding tourist site.

Of the three great Allied national figures in World War II, you are clearly the most levelheaded. A strong leader, you were able to guide your people through unbelievable hardship, all the while holding strong to your fierce patriotism. You stand for something, and the citizens you love believe in you.

Though many of your most famous and important works were in the last century, you were a vital part of the French Impressionist movement. In your later years, although going blind, you were able to define many of the theories of color perception still regarded today.

The Wizard of Oz

Created during the golden days of Hollywood and MGM in particular, you are an absolute masterpiece of cinema. Adventure, music and drama, you were the first film to be shot in color, and although that milestone has long since passed it will never be forgotten. You broke new ground in nearly every way and have remaining an everlasting favorite since.
