did the length of time between the release of the original and the cover bother anyone else? it seems to me that IF you're going to cover a song, you should wait at least a few years, unless it's live. anyone?

As a single, absolutely. Though, I think it's cool when bands cover other songs in the mainstream at the time when they are performing live.

Know who does the music for that song? The Roots. Thye are fucking amazing musicians. She is SEVENTEEN and WHITE and she can sing like that. She sounds very, very seasoned if you ask me.
