Pizza Hut uses twice the amount of margerine that Domino's does in it's crust. I delivered for Domino's for a bit.

The dough for the regular Domino's crust has very few preservatives, even less than your average loaf of bread at the supermarket. Our old manager used to make loaves of bread for everyone when the dough was getting close to expired. Deep dish has a lot of preservatives.

I think they do have the New Yorker still, they have like 4 different crust choices and that's one of them. They just don't advertise it anymore.
