my friends all secretly pass tampons and stuff. I'm just like 'HEY DO YOU HAVE A TAMPON?'

i dont get it
welll i don't care at college, because there are so many people in and out of the bathrooms, but in the work place when only a certain group of people to go the bathroom, i get self conscious.

so what if it's stupid!

"How long can I wear them for?

Lunapanties are designed for very light menstrual flow or daily discharge only, and will not be as effective as Lunapads for heavier menstrual flow. Providing that the flow or discharge is very light, you could easily wear them all day. As with regular underwear, you should not wear them for longer than one day without switching to a fresh pair. Lunapads will also fit over your Lunapanties, for heavy flow coverage."

its not that i think its stupid.... i just think that people think too much about what other people think!

although i'm probably embarrassed about way stupider things

Just thought I'd relay my experience on Depo. I got my first shot in October. Since you're supposed to get the shot during your period, I did... then it kept going... I had a regular, constant flow for about a month- then it kind of tapered off, but came back and lasted for another month. When I went to go get my 2nd shot, it had completely stopped. About 2 weeks after I got my 2nd shot, it came back and lasted for about 3 weeks. Between that time and my next shot, it was constant spotting/'breakthrough bleeding'. I got my next shot in April, and from April to June, it was (lighter than before, but still) breakthrough bleeding and spotting. I got my most current shot at the end of June, and it's been completely gone since then.

Just thought I'd relay my story since everyone else hasn't had this problem (or at least people who have shared their stories). I HOPE that you don't have this problem- it was a huge pain. But hey, it's gone now. It was worth it

I know this may sound weird, but I'm really not that big on fingering myself. It feels weird up there. :erm

yeah i've heard stories on how people have their period constantly for 6 months and they go off it because that sucks...

everyone i have talked to IRL have said they had no problem with,,, one of my best friends said that she stopped having periods right away.

We will see. I will keep you guys updated!

lets just say that you have to be comfortable with yourself to use them. especially for the first month or so while you're trying to figure out how. but after a bit of practice you can put them in and take them out without any fingering
