Didn't any of you actually go?? Post some reviews, now!
At least the whole thing was broadcast on the radio . The last song was pretty cool - apparently it's called Forever and is r4r3 or something.

I just rememebered that I wrote a pretty long email to Lee about the concert, so I'll post it here too.

And I think that I did tell you about the Cure concert. (I'll recap,
anyway). I was happy that I got there early enough to see Mogwai,
because they were great! There were a couple of other bands that I
didn't like (the Rapture) or didn't pay attention to (Auf Der Maur,
and another one), then Interpol were good too, we could go a few
levels down to see them closer. They played a lot of songs from
Antics, which I recognized. Muse were great, the energy was amazing,
and I couldn't believe that only 3 people can be that loud. They were
on the second stage (which was in a tent), and people were
dancing/jumping/moshing close to the front. After all this energy I
thought seeing the Cure would be anti-climactic (like ACDC were for
the Rolling Stones last year at SARS-fest...), but Robert Smith held
his own oooooh so beautifully. They played the two songs that I really
wanted to hear, and I didn't even hope they would play - "Pictures of
You" and "From the Edge of the Deep Green Sea". It's funny because I
talked to Nikki yesterday and she really wanted to hear "From the Edge
of the Deep Green Sea" as well . Julian wanted to hear "Just Like
Heaven" and "Disintegration" and they played those too. Right before
the Cure started playing, Christina came over to where we were sitting
(i.e. two blankets over from where she was sitting) and she introduced
me to Jason(sweet17) who seemed very nice and very eloquent and not
shy at all, even though all he was talking about was about being
anti-social. I hope he'll come on Friday though...it's crazy how many
people said they'll show up at the Dance Cave/ Tap. Oh yeah, and other
highlights from the Cure show - pretty late in the evening, my (let's
call her best friend, Sinziana) friend's friends came, and they were
all wearing very much makeup, including the guys, and they were quite
drunk, and and got even drunker as the night progressed, so they were
singing very loudly (in very good voices though) along with Robert
Smith, and swaying to the music..they really looked like a bunch of
zombies, but I found them very funny.

you probably still could've done it on eBay. i checked it out about 5 or 6 days before the show, and that's when they were going for $200+. but you probably don't want to hear that. :\

1500th post.

Does anyone have a songlist from the TO show?

Or better yet, a bootleg to copy/trade?
