losing your appetite

this is really weird. i mean. usually i'm a total glutton who can outeat a football team, but since i've been on this diet..which is really just a very basic one..low fat things, lots of veggies..i've basically lost my appetite. is this normal? i feel like i have an inverse tapeworm.
