It's pretty good. The only problem is that it starts out with a whole section of literary essays...which wouldn't be so bad except that some of them go ON AND ON AND ON.

But once you get cracking into the political material, it's yet another solid Vidalian goldmine.

those are for my canadian literature course. for fun, i was re-reading the lord of the rings before the two towers hit theatres, but i put that on hold for my school reading (which is pretty heavy this semester). i'll have plenty of time to finish it, or start it over, after classes end.
