Ok i bought it today... needing help. I need a net and apples. Oh and how do I fish?

My town is big on Pears and I have about a million sea shells (some bringing in about 500 bells a pop)

crap i have: not much but Excitebike, Tennis, various clothing thats about it.

help a brother out!

HOW TO FISH
by me

step 1: throw yr bobber in the water by hitting the 'A' button
step 2: the fish may nibble ,or go for it right away. wait for the bobber to go underwater & then hit the 'A' button again to pull yr bobber out ,hopefully with the hook jabbed into the flesh of a very expensive fish.
