...and reading it, I get pissed off at the author of the article I'm reading.
Does this fucker even realize how insensitive he sounds?! http://www.apa.org/pubinfo/anger.html "People who are easily angered generally have what some psychologists call a low tolerance for frustration, meaning simply that they feel that they should not have to be subjected to frustration, inconvenience, or annoyance. They can't take things in stride, and they're particularly infuriated if the situation seems somehow unjust: for example, being corrected for a minor mistake." Asshole! I'd like to see you try living with my roommate and her goddamn boyfriend always in the apartment, two white people bitching about equal rights while they won't go near a minority, have all this shit shoved into your face for four months, then see how calm you can be! |

Thanks, melancholia.
I am not irrational for wanting this situation to end, and being angry about having it shoved into my face for hours every day. It's enough to make anyone pissed. I realize it's not healthy nor normal to be pissed off this much, and I'm trying to change that. Having someone at a so-called "support" site insinuating I'm irrational being angry so much of the time doesn't help. |
