I had this grand plan to give him head every day this time, but I've been completely wiped out from work and have passed out way early, so I think I've only done it one day. So he's suffering with me. Some days I think I'll do it in the morning and then I let myself off the hook on the basis that he's enjoying his sleep and I shouldn't wake him up.

I can understand how you might read this sentence wrong but its all in how you take it.

Also I do not see a double negative in the sentence either. As far as how guys like me "get" girls....well my massive amounts of sarcasm that tends to go unnoticed by twits like you might have something do to with it.
