a) newsprint is cheap but a waste. get a drawing pad, you can get like 100 sheets for $15.
b) a lot of professors prefer you keep your drawings for a chance to see your improvement at the end of the semester/year when you turn in a portfolio.
c) keep them because you can always spray them with workable fixative and they can be improved upon later in the semester.

trust an art major who's been doing this for 4 years.

thats really good. im the biggest sucker for illustrations. the stupidest thing can make me wet. photos i rarely like, but drawing i always love. i like the nose and eyes
