from the picture it looks like everyone posting in there has been posting here for an ungodly amount of time. my guess is that they're using the forum to maintain some semblance of the netphoria that used to be. i don't blame them.

let's face it: this place got really different in the last year or so as a direct result of new people posting here. in my opinion, it's not for the better. sure i still post and read this forum (addictions die hard), but the amount of filler and predictable behavior here is incredible.

what's even more surprising is the level of denial whenever someone would mention how shit it's become. 'netphoria was always this shit', they'd say.
In my opinion, the standards have become increasingly lax, and when there is no level to uphold, this is the obvious outcome, spam city.

You'll find that most internet messageboards would have banned far less irritable people in a heartbeat without being labelled nazis. And if the moderators are buckling under the pressure and cant even enforce their own penalties, then i suggest that someone else be admin.
