I have a panel interview set up tomorrow for a candidate thats applying for a lower level manger position @ a Vans Store.

What questions should i ask? any and all questions would help.

How can you help enhance Vans' Customer Service?
Why should Vans choose you for the Keyholder position?
How would you handle an enraged customer?
How could you enhance the Vans Brand?
You have 3 customers all at once, including a return, how would you handle that situation and satisfy each one?

This is the best thread ever. Nothing against you Gil, but thinking back to every job interview you ever had and imagining the manager posting on a board like this the night before, asking for questions he can pose is such a great image. This is gonna work even better than imagining the panel naked.

Imagine the applicant naked, and discover their position on buttsex. Also, ask them to outline what they think the position entails (you might get someone volunteering to do all the work while you laugh it up in your office), get them to talk a lot. Think back to your interview and what they asked you. Give him a shoe and ask him to 'sell' it to you. Have they given you any help at all? Sucks if they just threw you in the deep end here

its only a 3 person panel interview i believe. I think i got it down. My buds said it might not be good to ask the guy if he's a catcher or a pitcher though.

Just sit there, eyeballing him the whole time. When the panel asks 'Gil, do you have any questions?' focus your steely gaze on the guy, breathing slowly but powerfully, letting minutes pass until he finally makes full eye contact with an expression of confusion and trepidation. Then bring your full presence to bear as you lean your statuesque form towards him and ask: "_{wat fark?}"
