The ghetto northside is just the crazy Mexican neighborhoods like the one I live in. The corn man rolls his buggy around at the wee hours of the night while he honks his horn.

The ice cream men in the summer are even worse.

What's even weirder are the people who actually buy corn at 2am...:erm
