what sane person kills all of their kids? obviously she was mentally ill. yes, she should be punished. just like it's a crime to kill yourself. p.s. show me where in the bible it says you go to hell if you kill yourself, then maybe i'll believe it.

I don't go to church anymore because I got tired of people telling me what to believe. The subject of suicide has never come up before, so I've never bothered looking it up until now.

From what I'm reading so far, as long as you accepted Jesus in your life, you go to heaven. But there's some verse about "murderers will never have eternal life" or something, but that's kind of a stretch.

I suppose you're right. But in my head, I don't think God would want me to waste a gift such as Life.

I have thought about suicide, even a few days ago I contemplated doing it. Of course I never get far enough to even stop before actually jumping or putting my neck in a rope, but it haunts my mind often. Its not so much direct problems as it is mental problems and state of being. Sometimes my mind plays tricks on me and I begin to think its better to end it, and all my sense are wacked. I know that taking one's own life is a HUGE deal.. Heaven, no such thing, so eternal sleep, are you ready?

believe in the lord jesus chris and you shall be saved. it's as simple as that. God wants all of us to live a full happy life. i'm sick of people blaming God for everything. don't they realize that the devil is the one that steals, kills and destroys?

for those who don't even have mental problems, you wouldn't understand and shouldn't be "dissing" people who do. Although, everyone feels normal and "un"normal at times. Depression is a huge factor and I would classifu depression as a mental problem.

Nothing is certain about death besides the rotting and decaying of you body. This is the only life known, and who is to say that one can even comprehend what happens after death?

I almost suceeded in commiting suicide...I have depression that will never go away, I get to live with eternal sadness the rest of my life (which does not quite make it eternal..heh..) but I have accepted it. My life is a gillion times better than most peoples, it is just that my emotional status sucks. And you know, living a suicidal life is much more kickass than being known as some stupid sob story.. so, Rock on.
