me sick

i am feeling really sick....
i think i know why...
1-last night it was rainy and cold as hell
2-i was hungry, but didn't eat because i was too tired and lazy...
3-today i went to the mall instead of resting
...well i slept for 10 minutes and now i can't go back to sleep...

i was suppose to read, but i can't because i feel like vomiting...i am screwed

I am sick too. You are right, you really don't appreciate your health until you can't fall asleep because you can't breathe because your nose is stuffed. Ugh. My sinuses are so inflamed that the pressure hurts my teeth.

Anyway, I hope you feel better soon.

definately. i feel sorry for you, cause i know exactly what its like. just dont think about it. read a book, or play some video games. i never rreally apprecieted being healthy until i got sick a while ago. and even that was a tiny sickness.

i took one extra strength tylenol, but it's not working...
i am also drinking water so that it'll clean out my system, but the only problem is....now i have to go to the bathroom twice as much...
