Thumbs up Neil Young - After the Goldrush

In my opinion, this is easily his finest solo work. I just moved out on my own into a tiny apartment in downtown Victoria and I'm going through a bit of a singer/songwriter phase as a result...this is playing almost constantly.

Highlights:

After The Goldrush
Don't Let It Bring You Down
Southern Man
Birds
Oh, Lonesome me(Gibson)

np: Crosby Stills Nash & young - Ohio

I always thought this song rocked, but could do well with another verse.

i dunno. i respect neil young but he just seems whiny and melodramatic. he doesn't do it for me like bob dylan and leonard cohen, who have better lyrics and at least sound wasted and on crack, respectively.
