• Witnesses may have seen Beltway sniper
• Bush signs resolution authorizing Iraq war
• Dutch gov't collapses after party feuding
• Russian space rocket explodes, one dead
• Pope adds new prayers to the rosary
• AOL phasing out third-party pop-up ads

but didn't the dutch government just collapse like a month ago or something???
