my grandfather is swiss. my grandmother is french. my grandfather joined the US airforce when he was 21 and moved to new york city with his aunt and uncle. from there he was stationed in paris (i think it was paris ) , where he met my grandmother, who was working as a secretary at the air force base there. blah blah, they eventually got married, for a while my grandmother stayed in france with her family while he travelled. my mom and aunt were born in metz, then they moved around the world, my uncle was born in michigan, they went back to europe, my mom attended university in germany and finished in belgium, she met my dad there, blah blah love story, i was born there. but my grandmother really really wanted to go back to the states and she convinced my grandfather's boss to station them in las vegas (why? i don't know) (they were going to end up in germany otherwise). and my mom and dad and i followed hem. then i grew up and decided to leave NEVADA, STATE OF MANY QUALITY SCHOOLS! to attend university elsewhere. like ottawa, canada. the end.
