Question Chevelle

i really like the single that they play on the radio, but i'm afraid that anything else of theirs that i try to listen to will be crap and i will end up hating the song that i originally liked.

are they worth listening to?

Thumbs up fuck you.

chevelle fucking rock. try listening to point #1 (the album and the song). I think the new album is obviously geared towards the commercial crowd but still full of great, catchy hard-rock tunes.

i loved point #1... When I was an intern at WHFS, they debuted 'The Red' at a music meeting. I couldnt believe it was the same band. I was like wow, a band I love is gonna make it! I guess they made it, but eh... they just dont do it like they used too. (i hate fucks that say that)

i liked Send the Pain Below, but hated The Red. I have heard nothing else though.

I would have seen them (with KH opening), but I had no money.

Very true. As a matter of fact, anytime I have listened to the Deftones as of late I expect to hear Chino yell, "Much like suffocating!"

yes. after first hearing WWN, i could hear that deftones sound. Not to mention Send the pain is 2,2 close in sound with "be close and drive".
