My friend listens to System of a Down, Slipknot and shit like that. it makes me kinda nuts.

I will be crazy listening to Al Green or KC and the Sunshine Band or something. I don't need some dude yelling and loud fast guitars. I like some of it though. I like older Korn, some pantera (Cemetery Gates is awesome), some metallica. but like cannibal corpse type of shit (i'm guessing that's what you are refering to by being in my element) that shit just makes me laugh, there's too much and yet too little going on to amuse me.

I'm trying to stay away from violent adrenaline shit. I'm a little bit too fragile mentally nowadays.

well, id just finish it all. sure, you might encounter a few days when youre not miserable. in fact you might go years without feeling constantly despondent, but chances are itll likely come back. things really don't get better, the best you can hope for is forming some kind of tolerance to the shit you have to deal with. i say suicide is more preferrable then waiting on promises of better days to materialize. im not joking either.
