Die.

This could cause big problems for some stuff though. Transportation is a big enough pain in the ass as is. Arg

People under 25 shouldn't be allowed to drive.

Distractions.

Teens tend to act crazier when in groups, to impress their friends.

If you've got lots of dumb little fuckers in the car, it distracts the little fucking driver.

But then all the 25-year-old drivers would suck.

It's less about the age and more about the experience.

Ok, true. But. I don't know. That would just be so terribly inconvenient. Stupid kids who don't know how to drive ruining it for everyone else.

Eh.

more kids in the car causes more distraction to the driver.

Wrong. The hormonal level of anyone younger (ESPECIALLY TEENS) makes your brain fucked up.

So you think it's a good idea for the most inexperienced/immature drivers on the road to be able to have lots of passengers (distractions)?

that's a good idea. the law.

If it had been in place when I was under 18, I probably wouldn't have totaled two cars. (one accident, both cars died)

Well no.

But. It would still be a pain in the ass. And not all younger drivers are dumbshits who can't pay attention when they drive. So. I don't know.

I'm sorry, but of the 2 wrecks I was in when I was under 18 were all caused by middle aged men on their cell phones/not paying attention and running through red lights/stop signs at 50 mph.

There's more morons that are old than dangerous young drivers.

The law might be an inconvienence for you. There will always be dumbshit drivers... but if this law will potentially save some lives, isn't it worth it?

Lots of laws could potentially save lives. How many people die in traffic accidents related to wreckless drivers ages 16 or 17 that had more than one passenger in the car?? I mean, really. It doesn't seem like it would save many lives.

In California no licensed driver under the age of 18 can drive with a passenger that is under 21. Also, they can't drive after a certain hour (10 pm, perhaps) and can only drive to work or school.

The reason for these laws is to try and avoid a bunch of kids piling in a car and taking off for parties. When they get in a drunken wreck, it's only 2 dead kids rather than 7.

Kids need to remember that they aren't adults. That they get to drive at all is a priviledge, and they need to recognize that.

HAR HAR HAR OK DAD.

Kids 13-21 should be shipped to Canada and be forced into slave labor. That and rap-metal should be made illegal.

This is law only for the first six months. After six months, kids under 18 can drive with whomever and go whenever they want.

Ah. My buddy's younger brother is all pissed off about the restrictions.

Eulogy, where did you hear about this proposed law anyway? Is it a state thing or is someone trying to make it federal?
