Will that ever get old, to you Mr. Meeks?

Probably not.

You didn't have enough self control not to cheat on your BF, and lacked will power to stop sending pics of your snatch all over the country.

I guess that answers my question...

and that has nothing to do with self-control

a.) I didn't cheat on my boyfriend
b.) I did that to piss him off, and I sent them to Eric, HE sent them to netphoria.

Anymore questions?

Anyhow, if everyone can STOP discussing my snatch for a moment, I'd like to get back to the subject:

I stumbled upon this.

Are there ways to reduce the risk of depression if using ecstasy?

Yes. Below are some common sense suggestions that can really make a difference.

Moderation. There are biochemical reasons (explained above) why frequent MDMA use increases the likelihood of depression. Remember, with Ecstasy, LESS IS MORE.

Eat well. Your body produces serotonin by combining together various amino acids found in proteins. Maintaining a well balanced diet that *******s enough complete proteins and the proper vitamins and minerals will help you stay healthy and rebound more easily from serotonin depletion.

Sleep. Many of your brain's restorative processes take place while you sleep. Not getting enough sleep may significantly lengthen the time it takes for your brain to replenish its serotonin.

Use lower doses. And avoid "booster" doses, or taking more when you come down. Remember, when you come down from MDMA you have already depleted much of your serotonin. Depleting it even more will lengthen the time it takes to be replenished. LESS IS MORE, with ecstasy.

haha. what a load of bullshit. Eating well and sleeping is a given, and I think most anti-depressants are bullshit, let alone a rave drug self perscribed to yourself by your own judgement.

Oh no, you just made it sound like you tried ecstasy, and tried their "tips" and came to the conclusion that they didn't work.

no, I really didn't. It's called common sense and general bullshit detectors.

and everyone knows ecstacy is a rave/party drug in general. more types of people take it, as you have obviously proven.

Um, this is a way to reduce one of the side effects associated with ecstacy. So.. yes, there are side effects. Thank you for pointing another one out.

Dancesafe.org? I love that, the people that need pills in order to dance. Arriba!

Yeah, it's an urban myth that people at raves use glowsticks and glitter and dress up in wings while popping ecstacy.

It's not a sterotype if it's true.

A stereotype is a generalization.

White people are white trash who listen to slayer and cannibal corpse.

Its partially true, a lot of white people are, but not all. A stereotype, a generalization. Are we going to get into this argument too?
