Anger Problem?

I don't think I have one, maybe its just a bad day, but I AM SO FUCKING PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW I WANT TO HURT SOMEBODY.

Does anyone have any good tips to calm down? I usually rinse my wrists in cold water to cool myself down, but even that's not helping. I've got ho-hos and Stress relief tea....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

take a walk for your lunch instead of staying there. headphones always helped me. and breathe. silly as it sounds if you try breathing without thinking banal thoughts, you'll feel better.

chocolate ice cream has always helped me. and m&m's. And basically any other form of chocolate. See if you can go to a movie or something to forget about it for awhile. Or write a letter to whoever you're mad to (actually giving it to them is not recommended). I know it's dumb but it really does help sometimes.

I don't think all the breathing or all the chocolate in the world is going to calm me down. After work, I'm going to pick up my ex from work, we're going to fight, and I'm going to stab him. I seriously don't think I've ever been this crazy mad ever. I'm really kinda calm now but I can feel this like shaking in my chest, and when the first thing he says to me, I swear I'm gonna want to kill him.
